The company is actively securing strategic partnerships and mobilizing resources to establish a comprehensive CNG ecosystem, encompassing infrastructure development, vehicle conversion services, and retail distribution. Maingi Solar Park Limited, the special purpose vehicle established to own and operate the 40MW Maingi Solar Park in Naivasha, is a cornerstone project for Kenya's sustainable future. For the local community, it creates direct employment, stimulates local economies, and provides a stable, clean power source that supports development without environmental degradation. Nationally, the project significantly contributes to the energy grid, enhancing security and diversification while reducing reliance on fossil fuels and stabilizing electricity costs. On a global scale, Maingi Solar directly advances the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by promoting affordable and clean energy (SDG 7), driving climate action (SDG 13), and fostering decent work and economic growth (SDG 8), making it a vital asset in Kenya's green economy transition.
