Multilink Partners

We have an unwavering commitment to being a good partner focused on building productive, collaborative, trusting and beneficial relationships with governments, partner organizations, our clients, our communities and each other. Some of our partners include:

ClimateWorks Foundation

Multilink has partnered with ClimateWorks Foundation which is a global platform for philanthropy to innovate and accelerate climate solutions, in ensuring the delivery of the SLCP Clean Air Africa Project which seeks to achieve fast mitigation of Short-Lived Climate Pollutants, which in conjunction with the global reduction of carbon emissions, is critical for slowing the rate of climate change in the coming decades and for protecting the people and regions most vulnerable to near-term climate impacts.

Greening Kenya Initiative

This is a flagship program under the Office of the Prime Minister which seeks to address the triple challenges of unemployment, environmental degradation and poverty by promoting green businesses in Kenya. Multilink has partnered with GKI to introduce Protos technology in Kenya which will help tackle climate change, create employment and promote use of clean energy.

Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group, Germany(BSH)

Multilink partnered with BSH which is the largest manufacturer of home appliances in Europe and the intellectual property owner of Protos Clean Stoves, in ensuring the technology is made available in East Africa through Multilink Kenya. The partnership is aimed to cut across field tests, training, market introduction, media and communication, information sharing, technology transfer, technical capacity building and staff resources.

Clean Cooking Alliance

We are implementing partner of the Clean Cooking Alliance (https://cleancooking.org), and we too believe the time is right to tackle climate change, improve livelihoods, empower women and improve health by availing cleaner cooking technologies and fuels to all.

Australian Government – Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade

The Direct Aid Program is a grants program funded from Australia’s aid budget. It has the flexibility to work with local communities in developing countries on projects that reduce poverty and achieve sustainable development consistent with Australia’s national interest. Multilink has benefited from these grants which helped spur sustainable living in Mathare slums and supported education programmes for Mathare children.
